In the first consultation we look at spiritual practices and self-care routines and how you can incorporate them into your busy lifestyle. These routines and practices will help you with time management, stress relief, physical & mental health, help you work towards goals, and balance your feminine energy.
In the second consultation we will look at discovering your Dosha and how you can bring practices, activities and foods into your life to balance your dosha. We will also look into hormonal health and some basic guidelines to improve gut health.
Further consultations are great to help you fine tune all your new practices, routines, rituals, and keep you on track. You can follow up these consultations with deeper learning on your digestive health. See below Healthy Eating for more information.
