Hi I'm Dallas. I am a registered Level 2 instructor with Yoga Australia. My training includes Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Chair Yoga, Anatomy, Yoga for Healthy Ageing and Childrens Yoga.
I am a qualified Meditation Teacher and an Ayurveda Lifestyle Educator.
I have also studied Aromatherapy to include Aromatherapy for Skin Care, Aromatherapy for Mental Health & the Psyche, Aromamassage, Sleeping & Aromatheraupetic Dreaming.
